A bit about Brenda

I’m a 30-year-old woman currently living in Barcelona, although I’m originally from a small coastal town, which has shaped a big part of who I am.

I studied Advertising and PR, and later specialized in marketing. However, for quite some time I’ve felt that it’s a very consumer-driven industry, and that didn’t fully align with my values.

That’s why I recently launched beezzz.club, an app for women focused on creating meaningful connections—something that feels much more aligned with who I am and what I want to contribute.

I would describe myself as a sensitive, empathetic, and creative person. I feel things deeply, and I’m very connected to people and emotions. I’m also very driven—I’ve always seen myself as a fighter. I truly believe in thinking big, and that mindset has defined many of the decisions I’ve made in my life.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time either building my project or doing things I genuinely love: cooking (and experimenting with new recipes), practicing Pilates, or simply enjoying time with my friends and family.

What are you most passionate about at this stage in your life? What have you created that you’re most proud of?

Right now, my biggest passion is my personal project, beezzz.club. It’s opening a completely new path in my life—one that truly feels aligned with who I am and what I want to build. It’s definitely what I feel most proud of at the moment.

At the same time, I’m also in a phase of self-discovery. I’ll soon be taking a trip for a few months, which I see as a turning point—a way to step out of the routine that so many of us get stuck in. I believe it will help me reconnect with what I truly want, both mentally and creatively, and give me the clarity to fully focus on beezzz.club.

What inspired you to create beezzz.club?

It came from many different moments and reflections—it’s been a long journey to shape it into what it is today. For a long time, I knew I wanted to create something that genuinely connects people and helps them feel less alone, but in a meaningful way.

The idea was always there, but what really helped me bring it to life was attending Olivia’s Serenità Retreat. During one of the sessions, we explored human design and our purpose—what we are here to do—and once again, it became very clear to me that I’m here to connect people. That was just the first of many signs that followed.

I eventually chose to focus on women because it deeply resonated with me. On a personal level, there have been many moments in my life where I felt alone or that I had to pretend to be a certain way to fit in. Ultimately, I realized that perhaps I didn’t have the right people around me with whom to share certain thoughts or experiences. And I believe many women feel the same.

I also wanted to create something that truly adds value—something that helps others. Recently, I read a phrase that stayed with me: instead of asking “what can others do for me?”, shift it to “what can I do for others?” When you create from that place, everything changes.

Why did you decide to focus on women? What magic do you see in women that they often fail to see in themselves?

I think society often places expectations on women—how we should behave, feel, or present ourselves. Because of that, there are still very few spaces where you can truly be yourself without judgment.

What I see in women is an incredible depth—empathy, intuition, sensitivity, and strength all at once. We have this natural ability to understand, to support, and to hold space for others, but we don’t always recognize how powerful that is.

Each woman has her own light, her own story, her own way of seeing the world—and that uniqueness is something really special. But sometimes, because of comparison or external pressure, we lose connection with that.

I truly believe that when women come together in the right environment, something shifts. There’s more confidence, more authenticity, more support. We feel seen, understood, and empowered—and that’s where real connection happens.

What else do you LOVE?

Pilates would be one of my main hobbies—it’s something that keeps me grounded and connected to my body.

Cooking is one of my biggest passions; it feels like a way of expressing love, both for myself and for the people around me. I love trying new things and experimenting in the kitchen.

Cinema, music, art, and reading are constant sources of inspiration—anything that allows people to express themselves and create meaning.

And my motorbike… that’s something different. It’s not just a hobby—it’s a part of who I am. It came into my life later, but it represents strength, freedom, and proving to myself that I can be more than what I once believed.

What is one act of self-care or wellness that you absolutely love that you think everyone can incorporate into their routines?

If possible, I think everyone should experience a retreat from time to time—not just once in a lifetime. Taking space to fully disconnect from your routine, without obligations, and allowing yourself to just be can be incredibly powerful, both mentally and physically.

On a smaller scale, something that really works for me is spending time in silence, in a calm space. Being alone helps me reset, breathe, and reconnect with myself. It gives me clarity and a sense of grounding that I think we all need more often.

What does sisterhood and community mean to you?

It means more and more to me as time goes by. When you’re younger, you naturally have a circle of friends, but over time you start choosing people who truly align with you—people who support you, inspire you, and reflect who you are or who you want to become.

Having a circle where you feel supported unconditionally, where the connection is mutual, and where you can truly be yourself without pressure—that’s one of the greatest gifts in life.

For me, it has helped me love and accept myself more, and to release emotional weight from things that once felt difficult.

What piece of advice do you have for women who are looking to step outside their comfort zones whether that be travel, new hobbies, entrepreneurship etc?

I would say to them: What could be the best that could happen?

We’re so used to focusing on everything that could go wrong when we think about doing something new. But if you shift that question and start imagining the positive outcomes—the opportunities, the growth, the people you might meet—it completely changes your perspective.

Taking the first step is not easy, but you’re not alone. So many people feel the same way. Sometimes all it takes is finding the right environment or the right person that makes you feel safe enough to begin.

So, even if it feels uncomfortable, do it. Prove to yourself that you’re capable of anything. And if it helps, break it down into small steps—tiny actions that move you forward. It will feel much more achievable, and before you know it, you’ll already be outside your comfort zone.
