You know those moments when life presses pause—not to stop you, but to shift you?
That’s where I’ve been. And in that pause, I’ve discovered a deeper part of myself, one that embraces the mind-body connection and holistic wellness.
Hi, I’m Reba. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and now live in Barcelona with my husband Stephan and our dog Bumble. I’ve spent over a decade working as a digital designer, but my heart’s true calling revealed itself through something far more personal—my health, my healing, and my desire to help other women strengthen their mind-body connection and reclaim their power.
The Power of Holistic Wellness in Managing Endometriosis
I’m currently the founder of SoulSeed, a holistic coaching space for women who are done with dieting, chasing weight loss trends, and feeling like they’re constantly at war with their bodies. Through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and my own fitness and wellness app, I help women shift from self-judgment and feeling stuck in old patterns to confidently trusting themselves—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
This path wasn’t linear. It’s one I carved slowly, especially from the last year, while navigating IVF and being diagnosed with endometriosis. There’s nothing quite like fertility struggles to humble you. If you’ve been on a similar journey, you know that managing endometriosis is not just about physical healing—it’s about emotional and spiritual restoration as well.
IVF, with its roller coaster of hope and heartbreak, taught me how to sit with uncertainty, soften into surrender, and still hold on to what I believe is possible. This condition cracked me open in the most tender, transformative way, pushing me deeper into the world of holistic wellness.

From your own experience, what are some tips on how to treat endometriosis that you could share with our readers?
Endometriosis pushed me deeper into holistic wellness. I now follow an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, avoid processed foods, and use targeted supplements—respecting my choice to steer clear of hormone treatments I now follow an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, avoiding processed foods, and embracing a holistic approach to wellness for women." This includes using targeted supplements—respecting my choice to steer clear of hormone treatments and understanding the Mind-Body Connection to support overall well-being.
If you’re walking this path with endometriosis, I want you to know you don’t have to do it alone, and yes, your body can feel better with the right support. Trust your intuition. Be relentless about your peace. And get curious—healing is so much more than symptom management — it’s about reclaiming your body and mind.
Embracing body positivity through holistic wellness and self-care routines
One of my sacred rituals is walking in nature. It grounds me. I’ve swapped intense workouts for movement that feels like a love letter to my body. These small, intentional acts of self-care have helped me regulate my nervous system, sleep better, and feel more connected to myself.
As I navigated my journey with endometriosis, I also learned to embrace body positivity. I shifted from fighting my body to appreciating its strength and resilience. For many women, including myself, this shift is not easy, but it is essential.
Incorporating holistic wellness practices into my daily life—such as walking in nature and swapping intense workouts for movement that feels like a love letter to my body—has been transformative.

What does sisterhood and community mean to you?
And this… this is why I care so deeply about creating spaces at SoulSeed where women can just be. The Serenità retreats community is exactly that. A reminder that we’re never truly alone, and that the more we share our stories, the more healing we offer each other.
Sisterhood isn’t just a word—it’s a mirror, a safe haven, a force. I’ve felt this most deeply
in the presence of my mother and grandmother. Their strength is quiet but fierce. They’ve weathered storms with grace and always led with love. From them, I’ve learned
what it means to be both soft and strong—a lesson I carry with me every day.
So thank you for letting me share a piece of my story. I hope it reminds you that your
softness is strength, your voice matters, and that your story—wherever you are in it—is
sacred.
