My Path to Remedies London: A Journey Through Facial Reflexology, Natural skin care & Women’s Wellness

My journey began as a reflexologist, deeply drawn to the body’s quiet intelligence, how it responds to presence, holds our life stories, and gently returns to balance. This foundation naturally evolved into a focus on facial reflexology, combining stone medicine, holistic skincare, and natural beauty rituals that support women Support women in rediscovering their natural body rhythms and inner balance, step by step.
Remedies London was born from this path — a sanctuary where ancient healing practices blend with the modern woman’s wellness needs. Through personalized holistic treatments, small-group workshops, and immersive wellness retreats, I facilitate a transformative shift: from daily routine to mindful ritual, from constant doing to intentional being. Every experience is rooted in the body’s innate wisdom and the healing power of slow, mindful self-care.
My work is deeply inspired by nature’s healing cycles, the quiet beauty found in everyday mindfulness, and the restorative power of stillness. Global travel has enriched my approach learning from mountain herbalists, village elders, and ancient wellness rituals worldwide. These experiences shape how I hold space with grounded presence, profound respect, and a deep connection to the body’s natural rhythms and holistic wellness.
Embracing personal growth through retreats, travel, and holistic wellness
I’m deeply passionate about personal growth, holistic wellness, and mindful living at this stage of my journey. The transformative retreats and immersive travel experiences I’ve had have helped me connect with myself on a deeper level, opening doors to new opportunities and meaningful
connections. This natural flow of creativity and inspiration fuels my work, grounding me in gratitude and reflection. I’m entering a new season focused on trust, integration, and embodying the wisdom I’ve gathered over the years. Rather than chasing trends, I’m dedicated to holding space, fostering authentic connections, and creating meaningful experiences. Currently, I’m developing a new offering that combines seasonal wellness, sacred rituals, and embodied community—an evolving project that is bringing me closer to my true self every day.
What natural aging tips do you have for women to embrace healthy aging with confidence?
Aging is a natural, beautiful process—not something to fear, but to honor with presence and intention. In today’s world, where youth is often idolized, it’s important to remember that every line, mark, and change on our skin reflects our unique life journey. These signs are not flaws; they are evidence of wisdom, emotions, and experiences that shape who we are.

Graceful aging is rooted in deep connection, to ourselves, our bodies, and the inner wisdom that grows with time. It means tuning into our current needs and responding with kindness. When we notice new lines or tension, rather than trying to erase them, we can pause and ask: Am I hydrated? Am I nourishing my skin properly? Am I holding onto stress or emotions that need release?
Healthy, youthful skin thrives on good circulation, collagen production, and hydration—all supported by intentional, mindful movement and touch. Practices like self-massage, Gua Sha, and cupping help stimulate blood flow, promote detoxification, and enhance skin elasticity. These ancient rituals encourage radiant, glowing skin from the inside out.
Hydration and nourishment are vital for maintaining the skin’s natural resilience and beauty throughout the aging process. Embracing these mindful skincare rituals isn’t about chasing youth; it’s about fostering a sustainable glow grounded in self-care and presence.
True beauty shines through when we stop resisting time and start moving with it—gratefully, intentionally, and lovingly. By softening into the changes and embracing them, we open the door to a vibrant, authentic radiance that deepens with age.
What is one act of self-care you absolutely love?
Gua Sha, without a doubt. It’s become a daily ritual for me—a perfect blend of ancient wisdom, science, and intuitive self-connection. It’s not just about skincare, though the benefits for lymphatic drainage, releasing tension, and bringing a natural glow are real. It’s about creating a moment of pause. Sometimes I swap it out for facial cupping, which always feels like giving my skin permission to take a deep breath. I often combine both with breathwork, gentle movement, or a grounding cup of cacao or rose tea. Just five minutes with the tools, my favourite oil, and my own hands and there’s a softening that happens. It invites me back to my body, my rhythm, my presence. We’ve been taught to outsource care and to fear natural changes. But Gua Sha reminds me: my hands hold knowledge, my face responds to kindness, and healing doesn’t have to be complicated to be powerful.
What does sisterhood and community mean to you?
Sisterhood is all about being present. It’s in the quiet strength of just listening, sharing wisdom from a place of love, and those real conversations where vulnerability turns into laughter. It’s about the moments between words, where connection really happens. There’s something special in the energy that flows when women come together with intention. It’s in the simple act of showing up, of being there for each other, without needing to be anything other than ourselves—messy, radiant, strong, and fragile all at once. We make space for all of it, and that’s something worth celebrating.

It means feeling seen for who you are, not for what you do. It’s about being met with care, without judgment. It’s the kind of medicine that feels simple but healing, a quiet support we offer each other. It reminds us to just be—no need to perform or hide. It’s about taking up space, being heard, and being held. It’s in seeing pieces of ourselves in others, slowly beginning to love those parts back to life. Community is love in action, the thread that ties us together. This kind of sisterhood stays with you. It becomes a part of how you move through the world, how you listen, how you show up for others, and how you show up for yourself. It’s not a one-time thing; it’s a quiet, steady strength that stays with you.
Life begins at the end of your comfort zone: empowering advice for women ready to grow
Start small—but just start. Stepping outside your comfort zone doesn’t have to be loud or dramatic. It can be a quiet yes, a gentle lean into something new. If there’s both fear and excitement—that’s usually the sign it’s for you. The comfort zone has its place, I love it there too. It’s where I soften, rest, recalibrate. But stay there too long and life starts to lose its colour. Growth lives on the edges. Beyond comfort is where aliveness, connection, and expansion live. The fear often isn’t about what’s out there, it’s the worry that you won’t be able to handle it. So we start by creating safety within ourselves, by building self-trust. Reminding ourselves that we’ve moved through hard things before. That we can hold discomfort and still move. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin—just enough courage to take the next step. Let it be slow, let it be wobbly. What matters is that you’re moving in the direction that calls to you.
How has working in the retreat space allowed you to discover yourself?
Working in the retreat space has been a powerful catalyst for personal growth and self-discovery. Supporting women through transformational wellness retreats has become a mirror for my own healing. As I hold space for others to reconnect, reflect, and expand, I’ve learned to do the same within—shedding old stories, embracing authenticity, and grounding deeper into self-acceptance.
Retreats offer more than rest—they create sacred space for stillness, intention, and reconnection with the body’s natural rhythm. These quiet pauses help me soften, listen inward, and honour the power of slowing down. Witnessing others step into their truth reminds me of the quiet courage it takes to show up for yourself—and it keeps reshaping how I live and lead.
Through these experiences, I’ve uncovered new parts of myself—some hidden, some just waiting to be seen. I’ve realized I’m happiest when I’m exploring new cultures, soaking in soulful conversations, and laughing until my cheeks hurt with 15 new besties. Blend in nourishing rituals and heartfelt connection? That’s my version of joy.
