Mileah Radocchia

My name is Mileah Radocchia and I am a Registered Social Worker and therapist in Ontario, a lover of my Italian heritage and blessed to have a passion for so many things in this life. My diverse interests are mirrored in how I have created my business as a therapist with focuses on clinical aspects of therapy including neuroscience and trauma work, as well as holistic modalities including meditation, reiki, and a focus on metaphysics. I have been so proud and grateful to have curated a successful business that has attracted beautiful souls that are interested in facing every part of themselves, to heal and live the most authentic life possible. It is an absolute honour to guide others into learning about the depth of who they are and the type of people they want be.

In order to do the work I do, there has to be some sort of outlet. And part of my self-care routine involves flowing in whatever activity I feel like doing, whether it is a physical routine, or a more artistic outlet including sketching or music. The most important thing I learned about self-care is just creating the time in this busy life of ours and to enjoy it without guilt!

This is why I felt so called to join the Serenità retreat. I knew it was a retreat that encapsulated all of my interests: my love of Italian food, countryside and culture, a flexible itinerary that allowed me to be in my “flow state,” and allowed time for deep reflection and pure relaxation. Since the retreat, I always go out of my way to connect with nature that provokes a sense of calm and disconnect from the busy world around me and allows me to take in the sounds of the nature and of silence.

One thing that I find more challenging to replicate at home that I found on this retreat was the aspect of community. To come together with like-minded women to share in a unique experience, was a special feeling that I will hold onto forever. The friendships and connections to the stories, resilience and passions of other women, were so inspiring that you come back changed. It was beautiful to witness women first coming to the retreat as apprehensive, slightly nervous, and within a few days, opening up completely, being authentic and loving life fully that week. The Serenità Retreat was an experience unlike any other. It was the ultimate relaxation, wellness, and recuperation week that re-grounds you and allows you to center yourself on the true meaning of what life is about. Thank you Olivia for providing us with such an experience!
